We believe your success depends on the strength of your relationship with your advisor, so it’s our mission to put your goals first. To build your plan without missing a detail, we work through four deliberate steps
We take a thorough look at how your current plan is working for you through a five-point review:
We walk through your Awareness Analysis together and talk through strategies we feel can improve your position. If you decide we’re the right team to help you, we’ll gather what’s needed to build your plan, so we can chart a course toward the retirement you’ve envisioned.
We put the plan into motion — adjusting your portfolio and moving assets. Your plan will evolve as your life does, and typically will include:
We stay in your corner well past the first plan — monitoring progress, answering questions, and revisiting your strategy as your life and the markets change.
We specialize in helping individuals and families plan for retirement, typically clients age 55 and older with at least $500,000 in investable assets. That said, our goal is to see everyone succeed financially, so we’re happy to talk even if you don’t fit that description exactly.
It’s a five-point review of your current retirement plan and finances — covering your income versus expenses (including healthcare), how your assets are allocated and your level of risk, the fees you’re currently paying, your estimated tax burden in retirement, and how Social Security fits into your overall strategy.
Yes. Our first meeting is an exploratory conversation about your goals and what retirement looks like for you. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for our firm and decide whether we’re the right fit.
We start with a thorough analysis to build an investment strategy suited to your goals, then monitor your portfolio on an ongoing basis to help keep performance on track. The strategy and investment selection are driven by your specific retirement goals.
In most cases, we’re compensated as a percentage of the assets we manage. In situations where it’s in your best interest to instead use an insurance commission structure, we’ll walk you through the pros and cons so you can decide together with us.
Whatever works best for you. We typically set up regular check-ins customized to your needs, and we’re happy to meet in person, by phone, or over video.
